Proverbs 4
(W)
Proverbs 4:9, 18, 26
9 She will place on your head an ornament of grace;
A crown of glory she will deliver to you.”
18 But the path of the just is like the shining sun,
That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.
26 Ponder the path of your feet,
And let all your ways be established.
The v9 spoke to me of ornament of grace. It reminded me of the crown of glory that we could wear today because of the crown of thorns that the Lord wore in our place. And the Lord has deliver us from every evil and terror of this world. And so that He could deliver to us all His blessings. Not by our own efforts. But through the finished work of the Lord Jesus. Like the one Pastor shared during the camp. The cracks in windows glasses. The light pass through those cracks and shine through so brightly. The cracks are those weaknesses we have. The light is Jesus. His grace shining through in us and transform us from glory to glory. His grace is made perfect in our weaknesses.
For v18 and v26, there is this word כּוּן kuwn that appears in "and more unto the perfect" in v18 and "be established" in v26. The Hebrew word kuwn is to say be firmly established. And we shall let all that we believe in and do, be firmly established on the strong foundation of the rock in Jesus finished work. In Matthew 7:24, the Lord says to us that whoever hear the sayings of Him and does them, the Lord see us as wise who build our house on the foundation of the rock. And when we firmly establish ourselves on the rock in Jesus, see Him in His grace, His unfailing love for us, His grace will superabounds in us, and His light will shine through ever so brightly in every situations that we are in. Amen!

Proverbs 3:18
But the path of the just is like the shining sun,
That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.
Verse 18 stood out to me too!!!
I was looking up the word "shining" in Hebrew and its נֹגַהּ which is made up of נֹ (nun - seed), גַ (gimel - leg), הּ (hei - grace)... and it kind of reveals that the key to the path of the righteous like the shining sun is when our seed of righteousness is rooted (leg/founded) in grace. And it isn't even our own effort that we try to shine like the Sun, but knowing that we are established as the righteousness of God in Christ, like what you shared, that we are established in the strong foundation of the Finished Work of Jesus is where supernaturally we will see our paths, our future, shining brightly! There is hope in the Lord! ✨✨✨
