Proverbs 3
(S)
Proverbs 3:5-6 (TPT)
Trust in the Lord completely,
and do not rely on your own opinions.
With all your heart rely on him to guide you,
and he will lead you in every decision you make.
Become intimate with him in whatever you do,
and he will lead you wherever you go
The 7 words in the verses "do not rely on your own opinions" really spoke to me as a reminder that no matter what mind games come, my opinions (or view of the situation) shouldn't be the anchor of my trust. And a sweet reminder to learn to continue to trust and lean on HIM!

Proverbs 3:12, 21 NKJV
12 For whom the LORD loves He corrects, Just as a father the son in whom he delights.
21 My son, let them not depart from your eyes— Keep sound wisdom and discretion;
These 2 verses spoke to me in a way reminding me to always be conscious of the Lord's unfailing love for us. It's never about my love for Him. It is all about His love for me and for us. And God sees us not in flesh but in the spirit. And this really reminds me that when Father see us, He sees His Son, Jesus. And this is what pleases and delights Him the most. And we just need to look to Jesus at all times. And God will bless us with 5x more portions (grace superabounding in us) just like the same way Benjamin was blessed with 5x more blessings.
And verse 21 reminds us to always see and behold the word of God and to meditate on them, and this reminded me of the verse Hebrews 12:2 (looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith) which says when we keep seeing Jesus in His grace, His grace will flow through us and in us, and transform us inwardly and outwardly from glory to glory.
These are what spoke to me and reminding me that it's all about His unfailing love for us and Him being faithful. Amen! ๐
