Proverbs 21:21 TPT
He who follows righteousness and mercy
Finds life, righteousness, and honor.

What spoke to me in the verse
This verse reminds me of Matthew 6:33 that as we seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. And "all these things" including everything that the Lord wants to bless us with, and that every good and perfect gift shall be from Him! And if we refer back to the Proverbs verse, I like how it specifies that we will be blessed with life, righteousness, and honor. The word "honour" stood out to me. What a privilege that the Lord honours us as we choose to honour Him and place Him in the centre of our life! The hebrew word for HONOUR is "kabowd" and it means "glorious". He Lord glorifies us and cause us to shine (reminds me of the good shepherd who finds the lost sheep and rejoices over the sheep by placing the sheep on His shoulder) when we choose Him! We really can't outgive the Lord man!

He turns it wherever He wishes.

What spoke to me in the verse
This verse spoke to me, and reminded me of the verse in Heb 4:16 which says when we come boldly to the throne of grace, mercy and grace will follow. Going back to the verse Pro 21:1, in the context is to also say when we wholly follow the Lord like Caleb did, He will direct every of our steps. And mountains that we see will be nothing more as bread.
As I was praying few days ago, these words "I am the living way" came to my mind. And I checked up on the verse which came this verse Heb 10:20 (by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh). He is the living way. "I am" - to see that the finished work at the cross as though it took place just now, fresh. "living way" - His blessings will come in abundance. Blessings He will bless us. Multiply He will multiply us. When we are always conscious of the Lord's love through His grace, He will guide us in each and every of our steps. His grace superabounds in us. Amen! Praise the Lord!

Proverbs 16

Pro 16:7 When a man’s ways please the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. What this verse spoke to me is that when we place all trust in the Lord, and be constantly conscious of the Lord's love for us, His grace surely superabounds in us. And God sees us righteous today, becos of the precious and divine exchange between us and Lord Jesus. I was watching the mid-week sermon by Ps Prince earlier on, and Pastor talked about Jesus was at the cross where darkness covered the earth. And this is so that we could walk today and in the future, to be in the shining light of the world. And all favours of God and His blessings will be upon us, the head of righteous (Pro 10:6)! Praise Jesus! Another verse that spoke to me is v9 which says a man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps. Proverbs 10

(S) For today's proverbs, I wanted to pick out the promises for the righteous ones and claim it in Jesus name! 🙌🏻 🔸 righteousness delivers from death (v1) - the Lord delivered us from death 🔸The Lord will not allow the righteous soul to famish (v2) - the Lord will not let us go hungry, it is His heart desires to feed us and provide for us, just like how He went to the woman at the well and after ministering to her, He told the disciples, He has food that they do not know of.
